FOR EDUCATORS & CONTENT CREATORS

You teach STR investing.
We’re the cost-seg recommendation that actually holds up.

You’ve built an audience that trusts you on short-term rental investing. They ask you about cost segregation. We’d like to be the answer you recommend — and we’d like to pay you fairly for it.

METHODOLOGY PEDIGREE

Built on cost segregation methodology IRS-blessed since 1997 — the same engineering used by Big 4 firms and REIT controllers for two decades. Used by property owners, including the founder. Trusted by CPAs, tax and real estate professionals.

WHO IT’S FOR

Coaches, podcasters, newsletters, YouTube creators — anyone teaching STR investing.

If you have an audience of property owners, aspiring investors, or operators of short-term rentals, we’re built for them. The pitch lands the same whether you’re on YouTube, in a paid coaching program, on a podcast, or in a newsletter.

Honest recommendation.

Same methodology used by Big 4 firms and REIT controllers, IRS-blessed since 1997. Your audience can verify the substance because we publish it. You don’t have to defend a black-box.

Attribution that holds up.

Tracked links and codes that survive cross-device, browser-cleared, and word-of-mouth referrals. If a listener mentions you on a support call three months later, we honor it.

Co-branded creatives.

Hero images, social posts, email templates, episode descriptions, blog snippets, YouTube end-cards. Drop your logo and ship.

Quarterly settlements.

Predictable payouts. No quarterly chase. No surprises about what counts.

FTC-clean disclosure language.

We provide compliant disclosure boilerplate so the affiliate relationship stays clean with your audience and the FTC. We help you stay legal without sounding like a lawyer.

Co-marketing, optional.

Joint webinars, podcast spots on our side, contributed content. Opt-in only. If you’d rather just collect, that’s totally fine.

WHY THE PITCH LANDS

A real product, fairly priced, with the receipts.

Audiences are sharper than they used to be. They can tell when a creator is recommending a product they actually use versus a product paying the highest commission. The reason CostSegLogic works as an educator recommendation is the substance: same methodology the big firms use, transparent pricing, defensible documentation, recapture schedule included. You can stand behind it because we built it to be stood behind.

  • Founder is an STR owner — same audience as yours, by definition.
  • Methodology pedigree is verifiable (1997 IRS approval, MACRS, ATG Chapter 4).
  • Pricing transparent: $0 free / $495 standard / $1,199 CPA-verified.
  • Recapture and state schedules included by default — audiences trust people who tell them the catch up front; we already wrote it.
  • No fear-based marketing, ever. Your audience doesn’t have to wade through it.

THE OFFER

Stage authority — for the educators who can show the math live.

Your audience asks you about cost seg every cohort. The educators who can show the math live look like authorities; the educators who say “go talk to a CPA” look like middlemen. Recommend the free estimate from stage and you stay the authority — substance over spectacle, on a methodology IRS-blessed since 1997.

Specific revenue-share economics — base rate, volume ladder, sponsorship layer — live in the partner agreement. The headline value is the authority position it builds with your audience.

APPLY TO PARTNER

Tell us about your audience.

Channel name, audience size, audience-product fit (STR-heavy / general real estate / mixed), and where you’d like to start. We’ll send the affiliate agreement, your tracked links and codes, and a first-pass creative kit you can pull from immediately.

Required fields.

For solo practitioners and creators, your individual name works fine.

EDUCATOR FAQ

Common questions.

Do you require exclusivity with my audience?

No. The agreement is non-exclusive on both sides. If your audience is already familiar with another cost-seg option, that’s their call. We’re happy to stand on the substance.

What disclosure language do I need to use?

FTC requires that affiliate relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. We provide the exact phrasing we’d like used (and that we’re comfortable defending) for podcast scripts, newsletter footers, YouTube descriptions, and social posts. Use it verbatim or adapt — either is fine, as long as the disclosure is unambiguous.

Can I have my audience use a discount code?

Yes. Some educator partners prefer a code over a link because it’s easier to mention on a podcast or video. Codes are tracked the same way links are, and they earn the same partner-friendly share.

What about my audience that’s LTR-focused, not STR?

Same affiliate program. The product works for LTR owners, real estate professionals, and small commercial operators. Your audience clicks the same link regardless of property type.

Do you sponsor episodes or buy ad placements?

Selectively. The default is the affiliate relationship, where you earn per referred customer. For a small number of partners with strong audience-product fit we’ll consider sponsorship on top of the affiliate share. Mention it on the apply form.
